Did he tell you this (hence the pity story reference I made) or are you gleaning this from one of his posts to that effect (ditto the pity story point I just made)? 3) Many people on this site (including myself) have offered Ash helpful advise that would prevent a lot of the issues that have plagued him and his "business". But it falls on deaf ears. That alone isn't enough to bother me. However, when the same issues resurface continually and he drops off the face of the earth until someone posts a "Where's Ash?" post - one can't avoid questioning his priorities and business ethics much less his ability to simply communicate directly with his customers rather than them having to rely on hearsay, rumor, and innuendo on this site. One would think that someone who is serious about customer service would take this more seriously than he does. And, in IMO, this isn't easily dismissed as a PR issue; that would require Ash to try and rectify his inability to communicate to his customers - which has yet to be demonstrated. I'm only trying to set the record straight in reference to your point about his "PR issue" and expanded on the "one man show" reference you made. 4) My response to Brad was in reference to him using this site as the "Ashspec Paging Service". If he's not willing to track Ash down via conventional methods (calling, emailing, etc...), why should we put up with his laziness for using the site in a manner in which the owners do not wish it to be used?
